A Pennsylvania native, Randy Nesbit brings decades of leadership, innovation, and athletic excellence to Posi-Trak. A graduate of the Citadel, Randy made his mark establishing school records for assist, finishing second in the nation for NCAA D1 in 1979-80 free throw shooting at 92.7% and achieving individual career milestones that still stand as a testament to his skill and dedication. Nesbit’s 11 years of coaching experience at the Citadel included a Southern Conference Coach of the Year honor 1 of only 5 seasons since 1937 in which a Citadel coach had that on our bestowed upon them. Along with 29 seasons of coaching experience and a tenure as an athletic Director at Roane State Community College in Harriman, Tennessee, Randy’s career has been defined by his relentless pursuit of excellence.
He has constantly challenged the status quo, particularly in the realm of athletic performance, always seeking innovative approaches to maximize potential both on and off the court as the operational force behind Posi-Trak Randy leverages his unique blend of vision, athletic expertise, leadership, and forward thinking to revolutionized the way athletes training and perform his passion for innovation and his commitment to empowering others remain at the heart of his mission.
